Frequently Asked Questions

Clinical FAQs

  • As you’ve probably noticed, my specialty is navigating relational conflict and pain, guiding you and those you love towards a safe and connected relationship. If you are looking for this kind of support, reach out and let’s see if we’re a good fit.

If your loved one isn’t yet ready for relational work, don’t panic! There is good work you can do on your own that WILL shift how you and your partner or family member (or friend) interact. Sometimes individual therapy will lead to readiness in your loved one to engage in joint therapy — most likely with different clinician who specializes in relational therapy.

  • More coming soon, but for now, check out this introduction to EFT on the official ICEEFT website.

  • Although most of the relational therapy I do is with couples, I do sometimes take a family therapy case. I cannot work with families involving minors at this times — adults only. And I only work with dyads, so if you’re looking for someone to see three or more family members, check out this directory of EFT therapists in MA and look for those with training in family therapy (EFFT).

Practical FAQs

  • I charge $175 for 50-min individual sessions and $200 for 50 min couples/family sessions.

  • I do not panel with any insurance companies. But I’m happy to provide superbills for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement if your plan includes these benefits!

  • I offer all the above, depending on your needs and where you live in the state! My preference is for in person work when possible, especially for couples and family therapy.
